How it works
We believe in good old fashioned customer service, no help desk tickets or call center queues.
Step 1: You are assigned a local Youngster.
Step 2: When you need tech support you call your local Youngster and they solve the problem in person or virtually.
Step 3: If a higher level of support is required your local Youngster works with our team of experienced tech professionals to find a solution.
