What’s the Foundation Course?

It’s 12 weeks of regular learning and tech help sessions, taught by friendly local youngsters at your home, or at a nearby cafe or library.

We can help with whatever you’d like, including your phone, computer, email or anything.

Our Youngsters are well trained and pass national police checks.

They’re kind and friendly, and here to help you learn to use your tech.

We can help you learn anything tech related, but here’s some suggestions.


Phone skills

Scrolling, using menus, navigating. We find writing the steps down on paper can really help them remember.


Settings, apps, emails…

We can help with text messages, and internet, using the smart tv, fixing settings, using and deleting apps, taking photos.


Using your computer

Our Youngsters visit regularly for tech help and friendly chats. The tech is really just a convenient way to get Youngsters and Learners together and connecting.


Any other tech topic!

Our Youngsters can teach you about most general tech things! Get help setting up a new phone or device, including setting up email, taking photos. You name it, we can help with it ๐Ÿ™‚

What we offer

Youngster.co is a social enterprise. Half of our profits go to running free community tech help sessions.
