Co-founder & CEO

Tony Rothacker, a qualified civil engineer, has previously founded an internet service provider and led the Coffs Coast Innovation Hub. Alongside his son Finn, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, he aims to provide purpose, employment, and technical assistance across generations, using technology as a tool for genuine human connection to build stronger, healthier communities. Tony is a Snow Foundation Entrepreneur.

Finn Rothacker

Co-founder & CTO

Finn Rothacker is the technological cornerstone at Youngster.co, where his extensive programming expertise and passion for social impact drive the development of innovative solutions that connect generations. He believes that technological advancement can build a more inclusive and thoughtful community.

Alex Cromwell

Community Manager

Alex is the Community Manager at Youngster.co. She joins Youngster.co with a history rich in program development and client negotiations and is passionate about delivering innovative tech-help sessions that bridge the generational divide. She is responsible for organising our sessions Australia wide as well as driving our Community initiatives.

Piroska Bisits-Bullen

Advisor

Piroska specialises in helping social enterprises scale rapidly using data, technology and growth strategies. She has held senior roles at Umbo and Mable, helping them grow their operations. Piroska has a PhD in Public Health and previously worked on large scale public health programs in Cambodia and Malawi.
