What can we help with?
We offer regular companionship and tech help sessions, taught by friendly local youngsters.
Scrolling, using menus, navigating. We find writing the steps down on paper can really help them remember.
Settings, apps, emails…
We can help with text messages, and internet, using the smart tv, fixing settings, using and deleting apps, taking photos.
Our Youngsters visit regularly for tech help and friendly chats. The tech is really just a convenient way to get Youngsters and Seniors together and connecting.
Any general tech issue
Our Youngsters can solve most general tech problems! Get help setting up their new phone or device, including setting up email, taking photos. You name it, we can help with it 🙂

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer in-person tech support sessions?
Yes, all of our sessions are in-person. We believe that people can connect and learn better when they interact face-to-face.
Is Youngster.co safe and reliable?
All of our friendly Youngsters have a National Police Check and go through a detailed screening and training process, including meeting with us in real life. We make sure they are a good fit for us, friendly and well prepared.
We also monitor Youngster and Senior feedback ratings to ensure that all participants have a positive and safe experience. If any issues or concerns arise, we have clear support channels to address and resolve them.
Will my problem will be solved during the session?
Our Youngsters solve the tech problem the first time 89% of the time. If we can’t solve the issue, we will research it and find a solution.
We’re great at general tech skills and providing friendly companionship. We’re not specialised in handling highly technical problems, so if you need help with some coding or deeply technical things, we’re not for you.
Will the Youngster be a good fit?
Our Youngsters are friendly and welcoming! If you have any preferences for the gender of the Youngster, the language they can speak, or if there’s something else we should think about, just let us know in the comments box and we’ll find a way to make it work.
If you’d for any reason you’re unsatisfied with the Youngster, just let us know and we’ll sort it out for you.
Can I pay with NDIS funding?
Yes, if you are self-managed or plan-managed you can pay with your NDIS funding. Please let us know when you book your session so that we can prepare an invoice for your NDIS claim. At this time we are unable to provide services if your NDIS funding is agency managed.
Can I pay with a Home Care Package?
Yes, if your Home Care Package provider agrees, our service can be paid for with your Home Care Package. Please let us know when you book your session so that we can prepare an invoice for your provider.
